IQF Blackberry – varieties Cacanska, Thornfree Rolend – min 95% black. Confiture – 80% black, 20% reddish. Puree and press quality.
IQF Plums – varieties: Stanley, Cacanska Rodna, Pozegaca. Whole fruit – with stone. Machine cut - calibrated. Hand cut - calibrated.

Production
When fresh fruit comes, the technologist performs a qualitative and quantitative reception of fruits. After that, the fruit goes to the refrigeration, where it is exposed to cooling mode at a temperature of 0-2 ° C. The frozen fruit is then frozen in continuous and static tunnels.
Depending on the customer specification, it is possible to pack frozen products in PVC bags from 300g up to 2.5kg, as well as the possibility of packaging in cardboard boxes and bags. Fruit mixes are available in all types of retail and industrial packaging. The choice of fruit types in the fruit mix depends on the customer specification.
